Our fidgets are designed to remind you to take a moment to become aware of your breath, your surroundings, your emotions, and your thoughts. There are many things you can do as you move each bead:

  • Take a few controlled deep breaths
  • Focus on counting each bead
  • Repeat a meaningful phrase
  • Focus on the beads themselves – shape, color, and feel. They are all unique.
  • Think about what you’re grateful for in that moment

After removing the fidget from the bookmark, you can connect the ends to have a finger fidget where you can roll the beads back and forth!
